City you live in: Scottsdale soon
A typical day in my life includes… On the phone with clients starting at 5:00am thru 10:00pm with a workout or 2 in between consisting of weight training, biking, spinning or anything else that pops up.
I was born… and made Hoboken NJ
My favorite thing about Arizona… My Girlfriend
I’m listening to… The world crying out for help with their health choices
My family… Are my clients and close friends
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Mother Theresa because of her undying ability to forgive
One thing I cannot live without… Music is food for my soul with a little chocolate of course
When I was younger, I wanted to be… Orthopedic surgeon
I’m inspired by… Physically challenged people who go through life day in and day out with focus and discipline
The one person who motivates me is… The man in the mirror. He is the only one I am in competition with.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… The ability to see what it’s like to walk in another person’s shoes, and to care for our wounded warriors in a way they deserve.
The perfect day would be… Being able to get out of bed is a pretty good way to start and going to bed knowing that I touched someone’s life that day.
My first job was… Delivering pizzas at age 12.
My favorite escape… Riding my bike along the ocean is a great reset.

Always… Be kind and brush your teeth
Never… Act impulsively and take all the after dinner mints
