The fitness calendar is heating up faster than… well, the Valley. All this great weather means outdoor activities a plenty. And since scheduling fitness is one of the fastest ways to hot body success, here’s a rundown of the standouts….
Feb 8 & 9 – Rebook Spartan Race
Highlights: Voted the #1 obstacle race by Outside Magazine.
Distance: 3+, 8+ and 13+ mile obstacle course (Voted the #1 obstacle race by Outside Magazine)
Perks: All racers receive finishers medal, T-shirt, free beer ticket (for anyone 21 and over), bragging rights.
Feb 9 – Lululemon Biltmore Free Sunday Yoga, 10:30-11:30 am

Feb 9 – 36th Annual Runner’s Den Pancake Run
Distance: 5K & 10K
Perks: IHOP pancake breakfast, Brooks T-shirt, REALLY big raffle, video recall of your finish
Feb 23 – Yoga Rocks The Park kicks off with Max & Lisa Cohen

March 8 – Amenzone’s Primordial Challenge
Highlights: 30 teams made up of 6 members (3 men and 3 women) complete 7 team challenges to compete for best time
