Will You Accept This Rose Cocktail From True Food Kitchen?

It’s almost time for the most dramatic season yet as The Bachelor kicks off another season January 7. Instead of serving wine or champagne at your watch parties, get creative by whipping up this rose-inspired cocktail from True Food Kitchen‘s winter menu which launches January 9.

Juniper Rose Cocktail

  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • .5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Rose-infused New Amsterdam Gin (recipe below)
  • 1 Thyme sprig
  • 5-6 Dried rose petals

Rose-Infused Gin

  • 20 G Rose petal
  • 1 L New Amsterdam Gin

Directions: To make the rose-infused gin, combine the 20G rose petals and 1L New Amsterdam Gin and let rest for 24 hours. Next, combine lime juice, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur and rose-infused gin with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a glass. Garnish with thyme sprig and dried rose petals.
