Get up close and personal with some of the world’s top mixologists, winemakers and chefs at Sanctuary on Camelback’s second Nirvana event. Taking place April 19-22, the event is a weekend of themed parties, tastings, fine dining and plenty of wine. Not to mention, some celeb chefs like Sanctuary’s own Executive Chef Beau MacMillan; chef/TV personalities Todd English, Chuck Hughes, Aarón Sánchez, Stephanie Izard, Scott Conant; master mixologists Jason Asher and Maxton Kennedy; and special guests Guy Fieri, the Bella Twins, Kurt Russell, Clay Walker and more will highlight the spring weekend.

Some of the evening events include Bourbon Street Blues with special guest Guy Fieri on Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m., a New Orleans-style festival featuring some of the Valley’s top mixologists. Located near the infinity-edge pool and lawn, the Mardi Gras-style affair will include food, drinks and live Jazz music and guests are encouraged to step out in their best masquerade attire.

Two separate Master of Taste Dinners will take place on Thursday and Friday evening from 7 to 10 p.m. at Casa Seven, one of the resort’s private estate homes. Thursday’s dinner will highlight the vintages of Napa’s Red Stitch Wines while Friday’s will spotlight Napa’s Tuck Beckstoffer Wines.

For a more comforting evening, Flutes & Coops is celebrating fried chicken and Champagne for a night of Southern tastes from local chefs, complete with special guest Guy Fieri and American country music from D. Vincent Williams & the Nashville Allstars. The event will take place on Friday from 7:15 to 10 p.m. at The Sanctuary Ballroom and Lower Lawn.

The weekend’s closing night will bring together the best chefs in the West for the Best of the West party which will take guests through a variety of indoor and outdoor venues for a walk-around tasting.

Additional events include a Celebrity Golf Tournament at Mountain Shadows; Rosé Parté, hosted by the Bello Twin with Todd English; and Tequila & Tortillas, a Southwestern-style farewell brunch.
