Pop bottles! A new Champagne-dedicated lounge is launching in Old Town Scottsdale so you can get your bubbly on all week. The Bubble Room is the new sister concept of Wasted Grain and is located upstairs from the popular restaurant and bar. Debuting Sep. 14 at 10 p.m., the new spot is Old Town’s only Champagne lounge and will feature more than 21 different bubblies and be able to accommodate up to 300 thirsty guests.

For the ultimate experience, the Bubble Room will offer Bubble Service, their take on bottle service, complete with custom Champagne displays at each table.

“We are extremely excited to open the first champagne lounge in Old Town,” said partner Jason Johnson. “We look forward to bringing a fresh and innovative experience to a high energy crowd who will be dressed to impress.”

The new lounge is part of Wasted Grain’s complete remodel, which includes a sleek new interior and an updated menu. Among the new menu highlights is the Garden brunch experience. Get your hands on unique eats like pancakes stuffed with cereals like Fruit Loops and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, mimosa cakes and custom Champagne cocktails. The Garden brunch will be offered Saturday and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting Sep. 15.

Just in time for cooler weather, the 3,000-square-foot dog-friendly patio will feature a shrub wall, oversized lawn games, access to two bars, multiple TVs and an Instagram-worthy bubble wing mural.

Wasted Grain will continue to host a variety of live acts and a solid rotation of popular DJs.
