Whether you’ve spent every Sunday there for the last two years, or have never been there, now is your chance to celebrate with The Nash during its three-day 2nd Anniversary Celebration event. The anniversary celebration will feature two National Endowment of the Arts Jazz Masters, Jimmy Heath on the sax and Barry Harris on the piano with Peter Washington on the bass and Lewis Nash on drums.

To kick off the event, composer, teacher and pianist Barry Harris will give his Masters Class lecture to lucky guests at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. Later that night at 7:30 p.m., expect a superb concert from the Cory Weeds Quartet that is sure to get the audience excited for the musical weekend to come.

Barry Harris will return to The Nash stage on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. for the Jimmy Heath-Barry Harris Quartet. This night includes a private cocktail party and concert event for guests, with performances of favorite standards as well as original compositions you won’t want to miss.

To close the celebration, The Nash will present an all-star concert by Jimmy Heath, Barry Harris, Peter Washington and Lewis Nash. It will be an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime performance to honor timeless  jazz music.
