Nothing can steal a heart quite like a sultry acoustic number sung by a smooth country voice. On August 24, head to Mesa Arts Center for KNIX’s Acoustic Summer, a mesmerizing evening of intimate tunes featuring some of country’s favorite names. The concert features the voices of Eli Young Band who grew from a local Texas favorite to a national success, collecting praise and popularity. The band won Song of the Year for “Crazy Girl” at the Academy of Country Music Awards and also snagged Grammy nominations for Best Duo/Group Performance and Best Country Song.

Joining Eli Young Band is Granger Smith. Also a Texas native, Smith has been strumming his way through the country music business since he was 19, releasing multiple albums including his most recent, Remington, released this past March. His hit single “Backroad Song” became a top ten country music single.

The third artist that will take the stage at Acoustic Summer is the young and talented Chase Bryant, a 23-year old singer songwriter who was named one of Rolling Stones “10 New Country Artists You Need To Know Now.” Bryant has toured with Tim McGraw, Kip Moore and Brantley Gilbert while also charting top radio hits and selling out local stages. His most recent single”Room To Breathe” showcases the young star’s vocal and lyrical talent.
