April is here, along with all the concerts that come with it!  The Valley of the Sun is home to some of the best concert venues in the nation, venues attracting all the hottest stars from across the nation.  This April, be sure to not miss out on the best artists coming to Arizona.

1. Ellie Goulding

Don’t miss out on seeing Ellie Goulding this Wednesday at 7:30 p.m at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe.  Goulding gives a captivating live performance that is something everyone should see.  Since her cover of “Your Song” by Elton John which jump-started her career, Goulding has produced her own award winning tracks, such as “Lights,” “Anything Could Happen,” and “I Need Your Love.”  Recognized and loved for her breathy tone and emotional delivery, Arizona is excited to have this incredible singer perform in the Valley.

2. Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey is performing on Tuesday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix.  Her songs have been recognized for their different kinds of pop culture and cinematic sound.  Last year, she received her first Grammy nomination for “Young and Beautiful,” a song that made a noteworthy and memorable appearance in the popular cinematic rendition of the Great Gatsby.  Lana Del Rey’s popularity is only increasing, so be sure to see the beautiful Lana perform at the Comerica Theatre next Tuesday!

3. Lorde

New Zealand singer and songwriter Lorde is coming to the Valley on Thursday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix.  This Grammy Award winning artist is the fist solo artist from New Zealand to hold the coveted number one song spot in 25 years.  This talented young woman is only 17 years old and has a bright future ahead of her.  Be sure to see this phenomenal artist next Thursday!

4. Foster the People

Grab you “Pumped Up Kicks” and come out to the Marquee Theater on Tuesday, April 15 at 8 p.m. to see Foster the People perform.  This band peaked in popularity after the hit single “Pumped Up Kicks” flew off the racks as their debut single, later put on the band’s EP.  The band is only growing in popularity, so be sure to see them in the awesome concert venue of the Marquee.  The venue is standing room only, so be sure to get their early to get a good view!

5. Gavin DeGraw

At the end of the month, musician and songwriter Gavin DeGraw will make his way to the Valley to perform his newest album “Make A Move,” along with some of his other hits.  The concert will take place on April 30 at 7 p.m. in the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix.  Best known for his songs “Chariot” and “In Love With A Girl,” Degraw is a must-see musician coming to the Valley.
