Cowboys Saloon Opening in Peoria

The Valley is about to welcome a second Cowboys Saloon: American Bar & Grill to its roster, with its new Park West shopping center location in Peoria, set to open on Friday, July 15. The destination restaurant and country-western entertainment concept already has five other locations across the country, with one located at High Street in North Phoenix.

“Cowboys Saloon is known for being a high energy restaurant concept,” said Germaine Brown, General Manager for Park West. “Between the delicious dining options and entertainment each night, guests of all ages will be in for a real treat.”

Like the Phoenix location, the new venue will feature its award-winning southern-inspired scratch kitchen menu, handcrafted cocktails, weekly specials, mechanical bull-riding and free line-dancing. While the menu is full of flavor, like its signature Fried Green Caprese dish, that was recently featured in USA Today and AZFoodie, and its cocktails that feature tantalizing ingredients like cutting-edge moonshine and locally distributed bourbon, Cowboys Saloon is as tasty as it is fun.

“Country music is the most popular genre in the U.S., and we are excited to bring the entertainment of Cowboys Saloon to the West Valley,” says Anthony Perera, Managing Member and Founder of Cowboys Saloon: American Bar & Grill. “Complete with a mechanical bull, stage for live bands and large space for line-dancing, we are offering our customers a genuine and unique country-western experience for the entire family to enjoy.”

Russell Dickerson

While you await the grand opening of the Peoria location, head to the High Street location on July 7 where Russell Dickerson will be performing during a special Ladies Night Concert. Dickerson has toured with names like Billy Currington, David Nail, and Canaan Smith, and was recently initiated into the Grand Ole Opry. The concert is free before 10 p.m., and $5 after. Specials include $1 premium well and draft beers all night for ladies and $5 Jack Daniels and Captain Morgan shots. Doors open at 3 p.m.
