Mind the Gap

On a Friday morning, there’s really not room for much else other than a little bit of humor. That and some fashion fixers that is. Think of it as a congrats for making it to the end of the week!

This post, dedicated to anyone out there who’s literally busting at the seams and isn’t planning on hitting the gym until January 1st like the rest of the world.

ZipHolders

Having trouble with your zipper obnoxiously traveling down south? Fret no more and try a ZipHolder. The ingenious little loop latches onto your zipper and around the button, so it stays where it’s supposed to. Just pull the ZipHolder through the pull tag on your zipper and loop around your top button.  So you can have that extra holiday cocktail or stuffing and not worry that you’ll be overexposed. Get them at www.zipholder.com.

Anti-Muffin Top Elastic for Men

Forget the gym, who needs cardio, crunches and kickboxing anyway? Fashion designer Andrew Christian has integrated a new elastic into his underwear line that combats “muffin top.” Just check out the before and after pictures below.

The elastic comes in a variety of colors to match the different underwear.

And by the way, if you hadn’t heard of Andrew Christian Underwear before, I’ll point you in the direction of the line’s bestseller, the “Flashback” series.

Direct from the Web site: “With Flashback Butt Lifting and Contouring Technology, you create the illusion of having that much sought after ‘bubble butt’ without having to waste hours in the gym. The construction of the underwear automatically lifts the buttocks making it look more firm and round.”

I’ll be honest, I didn’t really realize this was a concern for men so if anything this is all pretty educational. And! For fans of the Flashback Butt Lifting Technology underwear, the new elastic to combat muffin top is integrated ino the Flashback line too. Check out the entire line and his offerings for women at www.andrewchristian.com.

Instant Button

Unless you’re a stylist, tailor or fashion designer, I highly doubt you’ve got a stash of needle and thread in your tote. So when that button unexpectedly flies off, avoid the mortification with an Instant Button. It’s as simple as peeling off the button, pressing on to your shirt or blouse for at least 30 seconds and voila! You’re ready to rock and roll, without flashing everyone your new La Perla.

Get your instant button at www.thejetrest.com/instantbutton.

Hope you had a giggle 🙂

Hey Marlene! Thank you so much for bringing the “anti-muffin top” underwear to my attention. I had this issue, not fully knowing the term for this condition and particularly ugly look but now with these underwear, the problem is solved!!!

I can’t wait to get in my undies for my sweetheart once these undies show up!

    Thank you so much!!!
