RED Development Unveils Major Expansion at Biltmore Fashion Park

RED Development has announced a significant wave of new tenants and expansions at Biltmore Fashion Park, signaling a dynamic new phase of growth for the iconic Phoenix destination. The latest additions include the Arizona debut of design icon Herman Miller, the arrival of high-performance lifestyle brand Alo Yoga, the opening of the beloved La La Land Kind Café, and a major expansion for lululemon.

Herman Miller will bring its celebrated legacy of ergonomic innovation to the Valley with a 2,060-square-foot showroom adjacent to Ralph Lauren. The store is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will give customers a chance to experience the brand’s signature furniture—such as the renowned Aeron Chair—through an immersive, design-forward retail environment.

“We’re continually exploring ways to expand and evolve the Herman Miller footprint, with additional stores on the horizon over the coming years,” President of Global Retail for MillerKnoll’s Debbie Propst said. “Biltmore Fashion Park is a natural location for our offering, and we’re looking forward to being able to better serve the community with this stunning new space.”

Customers will also have access to the Design Concierge program, which provides services and expertise, such as mood board development, site visits and 3D renderings.

Alo Yoga will also make its Phoenix debut, opening later this year in a 4,349-square-foot storefront previously occupied by My Sister’s Closet. The Los Angeles-based brand is known for fusing functional studio wear with contemporary street style and will feature a complete range of clothing, accessories, and clean beauty products in its new location.

La La Land Kind Café, a Texas-based coffee shop that blends vibrant design with a heartfelt mission, is set to open near True Food Kitchen. The 1,261-square-foot café will mark the brand’s first Phoenix location and will continue its mission of supporting foster youth through employment and mentorship, all while serving a menu of uplifting drinks and treats in an atmosphere that’s both cheerful and community-driven.

lululemon is also preparing for a significant transformation, more than doubling its footprint within the property. The brand will expand from 2,738 to 5,666 square feet, moving into a new space between Williams Sonoma and Madison Reed. To maintain uninterrupted service for shoppers during the construction process, lululemon has temporarily relocated onsite. The expanded location is expected to debut in fall 2025 and will continue the brand’s tradition of community-centered activations and events.

“Biltmore Fashion Park has long served as a destination for timeless style and experiential shopping in Phoenix,” said Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “As we continue shaping its future, we’re proud to introduce brands that not only meet the evolving expectations of our guests but help define them. These latest additions reflect the spirit of modern luxury, where design, wellness and community intersect, and signal the kind of elevated, intentional evolution we’ve envisioned.”

RED Development, which took full ownership of Biltmore Fashion Park last year, is implementing a multi-phased redevelopment plan designed to honor the center’s midcentury-modern heritage while positioning it as a premier mixed-use destination. Enhancements currently underway include upgraded landscaping, lighting, and placemaking elements, all slated for completion by 2026. The vision is to transform the landmark at 24th Street and Camelback into a vibrant community hub that seamlessly blends history and innovation.

In keeping with its expanding civic and cultural role, Biltmore Fashion Park recently hosted nearly 1,000 participants for Global Running Day. The event, organized by lululemon in partnership with local run clubs, featured a group run, social activations, and live entertainment.

Looking ahead, the center will serve as the start and finish line for the 50th annual Phoenix 10K, 5K, Half and Full Marathon in November, and in 2026 will welcome the return of the Art d’Core Gala. For more information, visit shopbiltmore.com or REDdevelopment.com.
