Come August, a little piece of Hollywood will be installed right here in Scottsdale, in the form of hip Asian dining. Get ready to scarf down the hottest raw fish in town at Sushi Roku, whose investors include Ryan Seacrest and Tori Spelling. The restaurant, which will be located in the new W Scottsdale Hotel, is known around California for its elegant, stylish vibe and frequent visits from celebrities and paparazzi. The Scottsdale venue will include a sleek and modern ambiance with a rooftop terrace overlooking the pool below. Some tasty and popular choices include the Octopus Sashimi, Fried Baby Squid and Fresh Salmon Daikon with Caviar.
