As adorable as he is sweet, Dexter is a true gentle giant weighing in at almost 100 pounds! Although he can stand to lose a bit of weight, the seven-year-old Labrador Retriever mix is incredibly calm on the leash and on car rides! 

Dexter was rescued as an injured stray in September after he was found by a Good Samaritan in Phoenix and brought to the Arizona Humane Society. When first rescued, this handsome boy was treated in the shelter’s trauma hospital with a dental and a mass removal, the handsome pup is now feeling great and cannot wait to find his perfect forever home.

Covered in dirt with muddy paws, Ophelia was found in dire straights when she was rescued in December of last year. Thanks to an Arizona Humane Society Emergency Animal Medical Technician, the seven-year-old Siberian Husky was given a second chance at life after she was hit by a car. 

Ophelia was treated in the shelter’s trauma hospital where she received a dental and then went into a loving Foster Hero home for continued care until she fully recovered. Although she was hurt and scared while in the Arizona Humane Society’s care, this sweet senior never lost her smile and bright demeanor.
