Thirsty Lion Gastropub celebrates the Easter holiday on Saturday, March 30^th through Sunday, March 31st featuring a brunch perfect for the entire family! Guests can enjoy a selection of breakfast cocktails including a Bacon Bloody Mary, Raspberry Mimosa, and the Salted Caramel Moroccan Coffee in addition to a selection of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, and kitchen specialties including:

·         Spicy Fried Chicken & Waffles marinated in jalapeno buttermilk batter, crispy-fried, with a Belgian waffle, maple pepper bacon, and maple syrup

·         Corned Beef Hash with braised corned beef, caramelized onions, red peppers, Swiss cheese and poached eggs with roasted breakfast potatoes. Served with rustic Bianco toast.

·         Huevos Rancheros served with flour tortillas, red chili pork, Santa Fe bacon black beans, cheddar, jack and Cotija cheeses, fried eggs, Pico de Gallo, scallions, ranchero sauce and cilantro sour cream. Served with roasted breakfast potatoes

·         Adobo Pork Benedict with jalapeno corn bread, red chili pork, guajillo sauce, poached eggs and chipotle hollandaise with roasted breakfast potatoes.

·         Gastropub Breakfast served with three eggs cooked to order, grilled spicy sausage or maple pepper bacon, roasted breakfast potatoes and rustic Bianco toast

·         Avocado Toast with seeded whole wheat bread and avocado mash with Cotija cheese and red pepper flakes. +1 egg / + 2 eggs

A specialty children’s menu will also be available with savory choices including French Toast coated with crunchy flakes and grilled. Topped with whipped cream and maple syrup; a Belgian Waffle served with butter, powdered sugar and maple syrup; and the Kids Breakfast with two eggs any style with grilled bacon, breakfast potatoes, and toast.
