The Boulders Resort celebrates Easter 2024 with a lavish brunch, an Easter Egg Hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny. On Sunday March 31, from 10am-3pm, the Easter Brunch takes place at the Palo Verde Restaurant set amidst stunning desert landscape and ancient granite rock formations. Seating choices include indoor or outdoor patio dining overlooking the scenic duck pond where a covey of Gamble’s quail and newborn rabbits scamper. In addition to Easter brunch favorites that range from an extravagant Seafood Display to a mouth-watering assortment of decadent desserts, guests will enjoy live entertainment, a Mimosa Bar, and a Bloody Mary Bar. Families with children can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt including Easter Baskets filled with goodies and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
