The AZ restaurant giant Sam Fox invites you to learn culinary tips from him and his experts during the Summer Experience Sessions with Fox Restaurant Concepts!
An educational and entertaining way to escape the heat, Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) unveils a series of Summer Experience Sessions, offered at True Food Kitchen, NoRTH, Olive & Ivy, and Modern Steak. Throughout June, July and August FRC’s corporate and executive chefs and sommeliers will offer a variety of informative culinary demonstrations, tips on preparation and food pairings, in addition to tasting courses.

June 26, 4 to 6 p.m., True Food Kitchen at Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix
Choosing Organic to Maximize Flavor – Join Executive Chef Michael Stebner as he discusses how to maximize flavor in cooking by choosing organic. For $35 per person, guests will be treated to a demonstration cooking class as well as a delicious three-course menu with beverage pairings.
June 28, 6 to 8 p.m., NoRTH at the Kierland Commons, 15024 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale
The Best of FRC – Join CEO Sam Fox; Partner and Corporate Chef Christopher Cristiano; and Beverage Director Regan Jasper for a cooking demonstration and wine pairing class showcasing some of the bestselling dishes from FRC. The class is $35 per person and includes a four-course menu with wine and cocktail pairings.
July 13, 6 to 8 p.m., Olive & Ivy at the Scottsdale Waterfront, 7135 E. Camelback Rd., Scottsdale
Trust Table Event – Hosted by CEO Sam Fox, FRC Beverage Director Regan Jasper and Executive Chef Clint Woods, the event will include a three-course menu with distinctive wine pairings while guests will have the opportunity to chat with the evening’s hosts. The cost is $40 per person.
July 17, 4 to 6 p.m., True Food Kitchen at the Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix
Anti-inflammatory foods – Join executive chef Michael Stebner for an experience like no other. Chef Stebner will host an interactive class illustrating the benefits of integrating anti-inflammatory foods into everyday diets. For $35 per person a three-course menu will be served along with beverage pairings.
