European-Style Brunch Party Comes to AZ

Kick your Saturdays up a notch. Seen in cosmo cities like Paris, Moscow and NYC, a European-style brunch party will now be offered in Arizona! Starting this Saturday, Oct. 2, experience INDULJ every Saturday at the sophisticated Caffe Boa on Mill Ave. which will feature music, Champagne, dancing and Chef-driven Italian brunch fare from 12 to 5 p.m.

INDULJ is modeled after the Saturday brunch scene at Bagatelle, Merkato 55 and Revel in New York. As the first party brunch of its kind seen in Arizona, Caffe Boa says the atmosphere will look something like an upscale Manhattan nightclub if the DJs arrived eight hours early and the bartenders served French toast.

Caffe Boa owner Jay Wisniewski said: “This is a completely fresh, new and fun concept we’re excited to roll out in Arizona and remove the air of stuffiness from brunch,” he said. “The aim is to create an atmosphere where partiers feel like they are sipping rosé at an upscale cafe along the French Riviera –we want to transport them to a place where they feel like they’re on holiday in the South of France even though they’re in Arizona.”

As the “SoHo of Arizona,” Tempe is the perfect spot for this new experience, and the casual, yet still elegant Caffe Boa is the ideal host. Brendon Medugno of Brendon Medugno Entertainment will put on the Saturday brunch parties that are set to include socializing, dancing, sparkler-topped bottles of Champagne, percussionists, entertainers and lots more.

Signature dishes from Caffe Boa’s brunch menu include Friuli Benedict ($14, Poached organic eggs served with San Daniele prosciutto and basil hollandaise, served on anEnglish muffin, Olive Oil Pancakes ($12, Blueberry, Chocolate Chunk or Original served with Grade A Canadian syrup and freshmixed berries) and Caprese Ficelle ($8, French ficelle with fresh mozzarella, basil and organic tomatoes topped with saba, served with a side salad.) Fresh oysters, caviar and other cold seafood platters will be available on special according to season.

For “INDULJ,” Caffe Boa will reprise its legendary bottomless mimosa bar for $18 per person and will introduce its special “Sorbetto” cocktail made with champagne, lemon sorbet and vanilla for just $7. A special wine, vodka and champagne list along with a featured specialty “community cocktail” designed to serve entire groups will also be offered.

There is no cost to attend “INDULJ” at Caffe Boa. Guests must be 21 to enter. Caffe Boa will continue to serve its usual “relaxed” brunch to the public on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon and from Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
