Arizona adventure seekers have a new reason to plan a night out. The Escape Game, one of the nation’s most popular immersive escape room brands, is making its Arizona debut with its first location in Gilbert, bringing cinematic storytelling, movie-quality sets and challenging puzzles.
The Escape Game Gilbert promises to be much more than a traditional escape room. Whether it’s a date night, birthday celebration, family outing or corporate team-building event, guests can expect interactive adventures that combine storytelling, teamwork and problem-solving into unforgettable 60-minute experiences.

“Opening in Arizona for the first time is a milestone we’ve been looking forward to,” said Jonathan Murrell, co-founder and CMO of The Escape Game. “The Phoenix metro is one of the most dynamic, fast-growing regions in the country, full of people who love great experiences, and we can’t wait to welcome them into our games and create memories they’ll be talking about long after they leave.”

Every experience at the Gilbert location was created at The Escape Game’s 60,000-square-foot production studio in Nashville, where teams build original adventures complete with custom props, immersive environments and layered puzzles. Players become part of a story, working together to solve mysteries, complete missions and race against the clock before their hour runs out.

Art lovers can test their detective skills in The Heist, where players infiltrate a prestigious museum to recover a priceless stolen masterpiece before time expires. Those looking for suspense can descend into The Depths, an underwater mystery that sends teams to investigate a strange laboratory hidden beneath the ocean.
Science fiction fans can blast off in Cosmic Crisis, where players must stop an approaching black hole by retrieving antimatter from a nearby space station in a race to save the solar system.

Murder with a Side of Meatballs is making its first appearance outside of Nashville in Gilbert. Instead of escaping from a room, players investigate a murder inside Rosso’s Ristorante, examining clues, solving puzzles and using a digital investigation board to identify the killer among seven suspects. The Italian restaurant setting creates an immersive detective experience that blends mystery with interactive storytelling.

Adventure seekers can also explore Ruins: Forbidden Treasure, where a crash landing in the jungle leads to ancient temples, hidden chambers, dangerous traps and the hunt for a legendary fortune.
With more than 60 locations nationwide, the Gilbert venue becomes the brand’s first in the state, giving Valley residents access to the large-scale production value and immersive gameplay that have made the company a favorite destination across the country. Learn more at theescapegame.com.
