Brody’s Italian Launches New Lunch Specials

A longtime favorite among Paradise Valley locals, Brody’s Italian is giving weekday dining a delicious new twist with the launch of its lunch specials. Available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., the menu celebrates a lunchtime staple: the sandwich, crafted with breads and wraps baked in-house.

The lineup includes hearty favorites like the Chicken Caesar Wrap, featuring grilled chicken, Parmesan, crisp lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing all wrapped in Brody’s house-made pizza dough, and the Chicken Parmesan Sub, baked on Italian bread with grilled chicken, mozzarella, and marinara sauce.

The Goodman Grinder packs salami, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and vinaigrette on warm Italian bread, and the Salmon Pesto Sandwich brings together grilled salmon, roasted red peppers, capers, feta, and a pesto spread on focaccia.

To complement lunch, guests can unwind with $10 Roxx Vodka Martinis, available in Straight Up, Lemon Drop, or Cosmopolitan styles, or take advantage of half off all bottles of wine (excluding the reserve list; limit one half-off bottle per table).
