I have a new love, and its name is True Food Kitchen. Sam Fox’s (I swear, that man can do no wrong) newest dining destination opened at Biltmore Fashion Park yesterday, in partnership with Dr. Andrew Weil. The menu features healthful, seasonal eats, ranging from seafood and steak to pizza and pasta. Perhaps the most intriguing items, though, are the natural refreshments, made from freshly squeezed fruit and veggie juices. (The pina colada was delish, not to sweet, and I heard a rave review of the antioxidant-laden Medicine Man). I can’t wait to try them all. PS Since the weather is so lovely at night, have dinner on the grass-lined patio. www.foxrc.com.
