FRANCINE Restaurant Announces Its Latest Seasonal Offerings

This season enjoy flavors from the South of France as FRANCINE, the highly acclaimed French-inspired Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square unveils its new additions to this season’s menu. 

Using simple, fresh ingredients including peas, asparagus, morels, halibut, and fresh olive oils, Francine’s newest additions to the menu make for a diverse assembly of flavors. Enjoy Francine’s new dish, the Carrot Soup. The delicate and sophisticated soup is served with braised carrot and pink peppercorn. For an Hors D’Oeuvre, there is the Burrata & Spring Peas served with pea coulis, parmesan crisp, and olive powder.

Another new seafood dish is the Alaskan Halibut that comes with the rich taste of grilled delta asparagus, morels, and verjus.  Also new on the menu – the Tortellini with ricotta, fava beans, morels, and delta asparagus.  

For lunch, enjoy a meal with an elevated twist, the Pork Iberico Secreto is served with spigerello, roasted grapes and sweet potato puree. Only the highest quality of ingredients are used to create the sophisticated combination of flavors in this dish. 

For a meal to share, the Whole True Dover Sole is the perfect dish. With an olive oil mashed potato, haricot verts, and caper-brown butter, this high-quality meal is at the peak of perfection. 

On the dessert menu, Francine is proud to introduce and add the Buttermilk Panna Cotta to its collection of delectable treats. The smooth, velvety dessert is s served with strawberry sorbet and rhubarb-confit and creates a delicate pairing of flavors. 

This season we are proud to introduce some new olive oils, along with some new flavors and pairings which we think really broadens our menu and the French-inspired Mediterranean Cuisine.

So far the reviews on the new dishes have been fantastic. Guests have been coming in, trying the new dishes, and telling us they love them which means we can hopefully keep these additions on the menu for several more months.
