The Annual Sedona Winefest Returns This September

Sedona Winefest is returning for its 14th annual celebration at the Sedona Posse Grounds Park on Saturday, September 23 and Sunday, September 24. Featuring 24 award-winning Arizona wineries, the Sedona Winefest will also have food trucks serving local cuisine, a variety of artisan vendors, live music and, for the first time ever, local breweries and distilleries.

“This festival continually brings in wine lovers from across the nation and is a huge draw for the city that celebrates a myriad of things that makes Sedona such a unique destination,” says Sedona Winefest Founder Sandy Moriarty. “We look forward to making this year better than ever and enjoying all that Sedona has to offer in a setting unlike any other.”

Sponsored by the Arizona Office of Tourism and the Verde Valley Wine Consortium, this year’s Sedona Winefest will celebrate award-winning wines from 24 of the state’s best wineries, including:

In addition to the 24 wineries featured, That Brewery, Diamond Distillery, Elgin Distillery and Seedlip will be pouring their non-alcoholic offerings for the non-wine drinkers in attendance. Local food trucks will also be on site to serve up delicious bites, including Merkin Gelato, Merkin Kebab, Malta Joe’s Baked Goods, Batchelor’s Pad BBQ and Lobstar, which will be complemented by food samplings from other vendors, including Maribel Cake Design, Virgin Cheese, Peace Love & Smoked Cheese, Sedona Divine Olive Oils & Vinegars and Carmella’s Joy.

Guests will also be able to enjoy live music from DJ Pablonious Funk and Moon Tsunami on Saturday and The Naughty Bits on Sunday, as well as items from local artisans and vendors, including Eagle Eye Barrels, Bearded Makers, Choice Creative Culture, Sounds Bites Store, Room with a View, Oak Creek Apple Company and Tahoe Kitchen Co.

The 14th annual Sedona Winefest will be held from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  Early bird tickets are now available online for $35 a person, which includes full festival access, a commemorative glass and eight wine tasting tickets. Day-of tickets will also be available at the door for $45 a person. General Admission is $10 for non-wine drinkers and free for kids under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult.
