Grab a slice of pizza and make a child in need smile this holiday season–does it get better than that? These Valley restaurants are hosting toy drives this holiday season.
Babbo Italian Eatery and Phoenix Children’s Hospital host one of the biggest holiday toy drives of the season. Toyland takes place at eight Valley-wide Babbo Italian Eatery locations through Dec. 20. The public is asked to as a drop off gift cards and new, unwrapped toys. For anyone who goes to a Babbo Italian Eatery and donates to Toyland, Babbo will offer a $5 bounce back card off of a $25 purchase.
Through the end of December, all three Valley Twin Peaks will collect “Gifts of Hope” that will go to Arizona children who are living in foster care, with the help of Arizona’s Children Association. Guests can support this worthy cause by bringing unwrapped books, clothing, art supplies, games or other age-appropriate gifts for infants to teens.
Uptown Alley is hosting a toy and clothing drive now through Saturday, Dec. 8, to support Arms of Love Foster Care and Arizona Baptist Children’s Services. The entertainment venue will support the generosity of their guests with a $5 game card for every donation of an unwrapped new item.
Grimaldi’s is partnering with Childhelp for a toy drive. All Grimaldi’s locations in Arizona will be accepting donations of new and unused (nonviolent) toys and clothing on behalf of Childhelp until Dec. 25. If you are unable to donate at your local Grimaldi’s, please visit Childhelp’s Amazon Wish List to make a donation of toys and clothing.
