Hula’s Modern Tiki (pictured) has launched an all-new premium cocktail and rum flights menus at its Phoenix and Scottsdale locations. The “Uku Nui” Cocktail Menu (which means “premium” in Hawaiian) showcases six $11 tiki cocktails, all hand-shaken with fresh squeezed juices and house-made bitters and syrups. Plus, Hula’s Modern Tiki just added its first-ever Rum Flights Menu, a tasty tour of 24 of the world’s finest rums.
Starting June 7, Pita Jungle will launch “Wine Wednesdays” where all bottles of wine will be half off. This promotion will run through Sept 27. (Valid at all locations.)
Beginning June 14, MATCH: Restaurant & Cocktails in Downtown Phoenix is partnering with Phoenix Rescue Mission for a month-long water drive. The restaurant is offering free food to anyone who brings in a case of water. Donors will receive a buy-one-get-one-free certificate for every case of water they drop off. Each coupon is good for lunch sandwiches or salads and dinner entrees.
The seasonal Culinary Countdown Menu at J&G Steakhouse gives Valley residents the opportunity to indulge in the steakhouse’s signature dishes at a fraction of the usual cost. This three-course special menu offers the choice of appetizer, dinner and dessert course. Dishes may include watermelon gazpacho, parmesan-crusted chicken, sour cream poppyseed sorbet and much more. (Available through Sept. 14.) Plus, starting June 1, enjoy 50 percent off the purchase of any bottle of wine under $100.
Bluewater Grill in Phoenix is moving its popular New England lobster and clambake feast and month-long celebration from July to June to accommodate demand. The June 13 tasting features steamed Maine lobster, Manila clams, fresh corn on the cob, baby red potatoes, crispy coleslaw and a signature lobster bib, of course. The authentic Massachusetts meal is paired with domestic white wines.
