Kevin and Amy Binkley, the culinary luminaries behind Binkley’s restaurant and Cafe Bink, have unveiled their newest dining spot, Bink’s Midtown. “Kevin and I are excited about the opportunity to create a new restaurant offering guests the intimacies of a local, neighborhood destination with fresh food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We hope guests feel comfortable and at home and think of Bink’s as a place where they can enjoy themselves with family and friends,” Amy Binkley says.
The fresh restaurant, located at 2320 E. Osborn Road in the space that previously housed Sophie’s, features a menu that showcase Kevin Binkley’s (who is a 2013 James Beard culinary award finalist for the Best Chef in the Southwest) “appreciation and imaginative preparation of locally grown produce and vegetables” via cold or hot produce offerings, salads and soups, appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.
Bink’s Midtown will also host a full bar with an array of beer, a three-tiered wine menu and cocktails. Bink’s Midtown will also offer wine on tap.
The new Phoenix restaurant boasts abundant natural lighting, French doors, restored wood floors, two garden patios for alfresco dining and an outdoor fireplace. Bink’s Midtown is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. http://binksmidtown.com/.
