Hash Kitchen, the playful, chef-driven breakfast concept known for remixed brunch classics and over-the-top cocktails, has launched a new “morning happy hour” across all of its locations, as well as new menu items celebrating its decade-aversary. Available daily from 7 to 9 a.m., Happy Hour includes $5 well cocktails and $4 off signature breakfast dishes, giving early risers yet another reason to start the day at Arizona’s most imaginative breakfast spot.
Guests can dig into dishes such as chilaquiles, layered with tortilla chips, salsa verde or roja, queso fresco, and fried eggs, or the aptly named “Basic AF,” which comes with two eggs, bacon, hash browns, and silver-dollar pancakes. Other highlights include the breakfast burrito, featuring chorizo, bacon, and black beans; biscuits and gravy, served with three buttermilk biscuits smothered in sausage gravy; and the carnitas hash, made with Coca-Cola braised pork, roasted corn, salsa verde, crema, and fried eggs.
With the 10-year anniversary comes more than 20 new dishes and cocktails, including several fan-favorite throwbacks. The revamped menu is a tribute to a decade of culinary creativity from Chef Joey Maggiore, showcasing the over-the-top spirit that has made Hash Kitchen a staple of AZ’s dining scene.
The Biscuits and Bougie Butter – housemade biscuits paired with blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and salted caramel compound butters – and the Main Chick Hash, which layers crispy hot honey chicken wings over smashed potatoes with cornbread and rich hollandaise, are two standouts.
The Greek Goddess Hash features gyro meat and tzatziki hollandaise, the Brunchito Benny – an indulgent chimichanga-style benedict—and the whimsical Fruity Pebbles French Toast, topped with strawberry lemon mascarpone are not soon forgotten.
On the cocktail side, new offerings like the Hot Honey Strawberry Margarita, the rubber ducky-garnished Get Ducked, and the That’s That Me Espresso martini promise to elevate brunch even further. It’s a menu as bold and spirited as the brand itself—perfect for toasting ten years of unforgettable mornings.
Founded in 2015 by The Maggiore Group, Hash Kitchen has quickly become a brunch powerhouse, earning a reputation for being as fun and interactive as it is flavorful.
As the home of the original build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, the concept allows guests to personalize cocktails from start to finish with house-made mixes, infused spirits, and more than 60 craft toppings. Now, with morning happy hour, the restaurant invites guests to rethink the way they start their day—because at Hash Kitchen, happy hour begins with breakfast. Learn more at hashkitchen.com.
