All-Day Thanksgiving at Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Arizona Biltmore, which will be offering multiple festivities all day long, including a Thanksgiving Brunch in the Gold Room from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. featuring a robust buffet menu of classic holiday dishes with a Biltmore twist such as hand-carved, salt and cider-brined roasted turkey, early harvest butternut squash bisque with toasted Marcona almonds and lemon zest créme fraîche and warm field pumpkin ravioli duck confit in addition to pumpkin and apple pies, Honey and pomegranate macarons, guava panna cotta with strawberry gelée and white chocolate cranberry cheesecake. 

Guests can also indulge in an prix-fixe menu feast at McArthur’s from 11 a.m.–8 p.m. featuring delightful dishes, including roasted squash bisque blended with ginger cream and fresh chives, garlic and herb roasted turkey or herb crusted 12oz prime rib, spiced maple and pumpkin cheesecake and Tahitian vanilla anglaise paired with with a wine selection offering bottles of sparkling, merlot, sauvignon blanc, red blends and more.  

Plus, Arizona Biltmore’s modern Latin dining destination, Renata’s Hearth, will be hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner from 3 p.m.–8 p.m. where guests can savor a delectable array of chef-inspired dishes crafted for the occasion. The special à la carte menu will include pluma al pastor marinated in achiote with guajillo and citrus, seared diver scallops with a rich mole verde and patatas, and smoked turkey brined in sidral mundet and accompanied by mole negro with fresh tortillas and a trio of salsas. Carcara at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Southwest Thanksgiving

CIELO at ADERO Scottsdale Resort is hosting “Thanksgiving Above the Desert and Beneath the Stars,” a holiday feast in the resort’s scenic Four Peaks Ballroom on Thursday, Nov. 23 with first seating at 11 a.m. and the second seating at 1 p.m. CIELO’s menu will highlight autumn flavors and classic holiday comfort food, such as turkey thigh with fall chestnuts accompanied by sweet potato vanilla bean purée, pumpkin parker house rolls, and non-traditional specialties like bacon wrapped pork loin and andouille sausage-cornbread stuffing. Classic, Homestyle Thanksgiving From Eat Up Drive In

When it comes to food that feels like home, Eat Up Drive In in Arcadia is serving the community classic homestyle meals cooked slow and served fast so you can stay out of the kitchen and spend more time around the table with your family. Eat Up is serving turkey-inspired specials, including a Turkey Dinner Plate that comes complete with all the classics, including three slices of juicy turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and potato gratin. Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North will offer a Thanksgiving brunch buffet on Thursday, Nov. 23 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., featuring a celebratory feast. Highlights include a decadent seafood station, carving station, turkey will all the trimmings, churros made to order, a selection of festive desserts and a children’s buffet station.
