Starting today, Barrett-Jackson presents Dine and Drive Week. Local restaurants will be hosting various food and drink specials while car clubs show off their collector vehicles. Plus, diners have the chance to win Barrett-Jackson tickets and prizes, ticket discount promotions and lots of swag. (Remember, Barrett-Jackson takes place at Westworld of January 13-20.) Here’s a look at Dine and Drive Week and where you should make your meals this week:
Monday: 6-9 p.m. at Sapporo Scottsdale
Sapporo will offer its signature happy hour menu throughout the event as well as a specialty-themed Barrett-Jackson signature menu, including:
Supercharged Sushi Roll with Lobster, Lemon, Asparagus and Tempura Crab. Topped with Big-Eye Tuna and Spicy Mayo
The Cruising Cougar Roll with Seared Yellowtail, Crab Mix, Avocado, Jalapeno, and a Garlic Butter Sauce
Clementine Coupe Devile – A perfect blend of Hendricks Gin, Triple Sec, Simple Syrup, Sour, Clementines and Mint
NOS Punch – A fuel injection of Orange, Cranberry, Woodford Bourbon, Sour and Spiced Syrup
Tuesday: 6-9 p.m. at The Living Room and The Sushi Room in Chandler
