The summer is already sizzling, but Bourbon & Bones Chophouse & Bar has found a way to make it even hotter. The Old Town steakhouse has announced a special three-course summertime prix fixe menu. The summer menu features a salad, entrée and dessert for only $45.
For the first course, diners have the option of a caesar or house salad or an iceberg wedge. Entree options for the second course include the Low & Slow braised pork shank served with country mashed potatoes, smoked tomato and sunny side up egg; seared salmon served with mixed grain pilaf and Dijon honey glaze; steak frites (pictured) served with sautéed zucchini, squash and tomatoes;or petite filet served with country mashed potatoes and sautéed corn. For dessert, diners can dig into the decadent brownie sundae or apple crumble.
Bourbon & Bones also introduces a special prime rib dinner every Sunday comprising slow-roasted prime rib, seasonal sides, popover, baked potato and au jus. Price of the prime rib dinner varies by cut, starting at $36.
