Breakfast specials at Rico’s American Grill: Rico’s American Grill in Phoenix is launching an NFL-inspired breakfast happy hour this weekend, coinciding with the first Cardinals game. The menu features new $5.99 menu with specialty breakfast cocktails for $6 each. This daily breakfast happy hour will run through the football season from 7 to 11 a.m. The gridiron menu includes the Arizona Cardinals omelet, filled with chorizo, jalapeño peppers and pepper jack cheese. But the Rico’s menu doesn’t just have goods for Cardinals fans: the Chicago Bears omelet comprises sausage, onions and mozzarella cheese; and the Seattle Seahawks omelet has maple-smoked salmon and white cheddar cheese.
