In just a few short months, your favorite high-school grad will be surviving solely off of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, ramen noodles and leftover takeout that their roommate left in their itty bitty dorm fridge. So why not celebrate their upcoming commencement (or prom night) with an all-out feast via Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar’s limited-time Prime Celebrations menu. The three-course menu, which is available through June 30, offers a choice of appetizers, entrées, sides and desserts for $50 per guest, including tax and gratuity. What’s more, guests can pay for the Prime Celebrations menu beforehand. Here’s what diners have to look forward to:
Appetizer (choice of one):
Classic Caesar
with chopped hearts of romaine, fresh parmesan, croutons baked with whole-grain mustard
Fleming’s Salad with fresh seasonal greens, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, tomatoes and croutons
The Wedge with
crisp iceberg lettuce with grape tomatoes, red onions and crumbled blue cheese
Chef’s Seasonal Soup
Entrees (choice of one):
Petite Filet Mignon, the leanest, most tender beef
New York Strip, the most flavorful cut of prime beef
Double Chicken Breast, baked in a white wine, mushroom, shallot and thyme sauce
Tuna Mignon,
seared rare with peppercorns and tomato sherry vinaigrette
Sides (choice of one):
Grilled High Country Asparagus, seasoned with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper
Sautéed Mushrooms,
fresh button and portobello sautéed in butter with whole garlic
Fleming’s Potatoes, house specialty with cream, jalapeños and cheddar cheese
Mashed Potatoes with blue cheese, Parmesan peppercorn or roasted garlic
Dessert (choice of one):
Crème Brûlée, creamy Tahitian vanilla bean custard served with fresh seasonal berries
Cheesecake, graham cracker crust, blueberry sauce and white chocolate shavings
Walnut Turtle Pie,
