This weekend, the Valley celebrates the 5th Annual Dine Out with the Chefs at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. On Sunday, Oct. 3, from 4 to 6:30 p.m., more than 20 Valley chefs will share some of the tastiest selections (expect everything from soups and salads to desserts). This year’s event includes tastings from Arcadia Farms, Café ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho, Cowboy Ciao, Estate House, Frank & Albert’s at the Arizona Biltmore, J&G Steakhouse and Il Terrazzo at the Phoenician, Julia Baker Confections, Kazimierz World Wine Bar, Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn, The Mission, Chef Michael Rusconi, Simply Bread, SWB a southwest bistro, Alto ristorante e bar at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, Sweet Republic, Talavera at the Four Seasons, T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa, Tracy Dempsey Originals, Wildfish Seafood Grille and Zinc Bistro.
In addition to incredible eats, Dine Out with the Chefs guests can expect some ear candy from the Beth Lederman and a book signing by Pamela Swartz, event founder and author of “Dine Out Phoenix: Where to Eat from Chic to Unique.” Tickets for the weekend event are currently $55 and available by calling the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts box office at 480.994.2787 ext. 2 or visiting http://www.scottsdaleperformingarts.org/. At the door, tickets will be $65. Proceeds benefit the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts’ programs and youth education and outreach initiatives.
