Fall flavors are making their way onto the menu at Red, White & Brew, where sweet potato, pumpkin and other seasonal ingredients are getting a starring role in a new limited-time menu.
Launching at the restaurant’s Mesa and Prescott locations, the fall menu puts seasonal spins on Red, White & Brew’s made-from-scratch American favorites and will be available through October 31. At the Prescott location, the restaurant is also debuting a revamped happy hour with signature cocktails, wine, beer and bar bites, all for $10 or less.
“Our chefs really challenged themselves when creating this year’s fall menu,” co-owner Jimmy Herrera said. “We like to change things up each season, and this year they had a lot of fun building the menu around sweet potato and finding different ways to use those beloved fall flavors across the menu.”
Among the new starters are Golden Pistachio Crusted Brie Bites with Raspberry Honey Glaze ($15), featuring crispy panko-crusted Brie topped with hot honey raspberry glaze, pistachios and fresh mint, served with crisp lahvosh crackers. Sweet Potato Fritters with Whipped Ricotta ($14) pair the seasonal favorite with whipped ricotta, hot honey, fresh herbs, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
The fall menu also offers plenty for those looking for a heartier meal. Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Raviolis ($24) combine pumpkin- and squash-filled pasta with a flame-roasted corn cream sauce, roasted butternut squash and pumpkin seeds. Lemon Pesto Rigatoni with Burrata and Roasted Pine Nuts ($25) features rigatoni in lemon pesto sauce with roasted pine nuts, burrata and fresh basil.
Seafood fans can opt for Fresh Chilean Sea Bass with Sweet Potato Mash ($36), served with garlic spinach and house made honey-mint butter. The Apple, Pecan & Goat Cheese Salad ($19) offers a lighter seasonal option with Fuji apples, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, red onion and house-glazed pecans tossed in honey-Dijon vinaigrette. Pumpkin Creme Brulee ($9) gets a fall makeover with a cinnamon sugar crust, fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
In Prescott, the new daily happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and keeps the entire menu at $10 or less. Guests can grab $7 pints, $7 well drinks, $8 wines of the moment, $10 signature cocktails and $10 bites such as Asiago Garlic Mushroom Tapas, Loaded Baked Potato Skins, Chicken Chipotle Empanadas and rotating Chef’s Eggrolls.
The Prescott beverage menu is also getting a refresh, with new cocktails, beer and wine selections. New drinks include the Old Mother Tucker ($15), made with Bib & Tucker bourbon, brown sugar simple syrup and Turkish tobacco bitters, and the Tropical Outlaw ($13), featuring American Beach Whiskey, coconut, pineapple juice and blue curacao.
