Drake’s Hollywood Brings Old School Glamour to Scottsdale in 2026

Drake’s Hollywood, the star-studded restaurant concept known for its style, showstopping American fare, and the “world’s coldest martini,” is officially headed to Scottsdale. Set to open in early 2026 at the corner of Scottsdale Road and 1st Street in Old Town, the location will be the brand’s largest yet, spanning 8,000 square feet and promising a signature blend of vintage glamour and high-energy dining.

With popular outposts in West Hollywood, Dallas and Houston, Drake’s Hollywood is the brainchild of Vandelay Hospitality CEO Hunter Pond. The Scottsdale project, crafted in partnership with architecture firm DXU, will showcase the restaurant’s signature look: plush red booths, Art Deco chandeliers, rich textures, and golden-era design details inspired by 1930s and 1940s New York and Los Angeles.

Guests can expect a cinematic vibe, complete with a valet experience and two private dining rooms designed for elevated, intimate gatherings.

“Scottsdale is the perfect stage for our next chapter,” Director of Real Estate Matt McClain said. “This city’s energy, style, and culinary scene make it a natural fit for Drake’s. We’re excited to introduce our take on elevated American dining, where every night feels like a special occasion.”

The menu will remain true to the brand’s greatest hits, featuring a mix of chilled and warm plates with global flair and indulgent finishes. Fan favorites like steak tartare, spicy tuna crispy rice, lobster escargot, and jumbo lump crab cakes will all make the cut, alongside standout entrees like Pasta Za Za, parmesan-crusted snapper, and honey truffle chicken.

At the bar, the martini reigns supreme. Served ice-cold at sub-zero temperatures, Drake’s signature “World’s Coldest Martini” is an elegant blend of Grey Goose, vermouth, and citrus bitters. Guests will also find a lineup of classic and modern cocktails, from the French 76 to the espresso martini, along with an impressive wine list that spans Champagne, Napa, Burgundy, and beyond.

Steak lovers will find a curated selection of USDA Prime cuts, dry-aged ribeye, and melt-in-your-mouth A5 Japanese Wagyu topped with white truffle butter. And for those with a sweet tooth, the dramatic 24-layer strawberry cake delivers a finale worthy of its own spotlight.
