In celebration of National Seafood Month, Red, White & Brew in Mesa and Prescott is launching a contest that puts the power in guests’ hands. The Seafood Burger Battle, running October 6-31, will introduce three seafood-inspired burgers: crab, lobster, and shrimp – each featured for one week.
During the final week, all three will return for a head-to-head showdown as diners cast their votes on social media to decide which burger earns a permanent place on the menu.
“We wanted to do something fun that highlights the fresh seafood we bring into our kitchen,” Managing Partner Jimmy Herrera said. “This contest gives our guests a voice in shaping the menu and allows us to try something creative that still reflects the quality we are known for.”
In addition, the restaurant is rolling out a slate of autumn-inspired dishes and drinks that celebrate the season’s flavors. From the savory RWB bacon wrapped dates with whipped mascarpone and goat cheese to the sweet potato and gruyere croquettes, the fall menu offers comforting options for every palate.
The autumn harvest arugula salad with fuji apples and crispy prosciutto, and the roasted butternut squash pasta featuring pancetta, brown butter, and roasted pumpkin seeds are sure to please, while dessert lovers will find comfort in the house-made pumpkin crème brulee offers a creamy, spiced twist on a classic.
The bar is mixing up a fall cocktail lineup through the end of November. Highlights include the Fall Fashioned with bourbon and spiced brown sugar, and the Pear-y Best Wishes, a blend of pear liqueur, Disaronno, and Grand Marnier. The Pumpkin Pie Pick Me Up offers a cozy twist on an espresso martini, combining pumpkin pie syrup, crème brûlée liqueur, and cold brew for a decadent seasonal sip.
Red, White & Brew is known for its scratch-made comfort food, welcoming atmosphere, and strong community ties. The Mesa location is currently undergoing a renovation, expected to be completed just in time for guests to enjoy the Seafood Burger Battle experience. Learn more at rwbaz.com.
