This week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and educators are invited to celebrate at the following Valley eateries this week with can’t-miss discounts and freebies. Be sure to have your school IDs handy!
All locations for Scramble – a Breakfast & Lunch Joint and Half Moon Sports Grill are offering 25 percent off all week long for Teacher Appreciation. All they need to do is show their ID.
From Sunday, May 6 to Saturday, May 12, Sauce Pizza & Wine (pictured) is giving teachers who dine in 15 percent off their order at any of their locations (excluding Sky Harbor). To receive the offer, educators just need to mention the offer and show their school ID.
For Teacher Appreciation Week, Monday May 7 through Friday, May 11, any school district employee will receive 50 percent off bowling and games and 20 percent off food and soft drinks at Uptown Alley. School district employees must show a valid school ID.
Teachers are invited to visit Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa between May 7 and 11 during regular posted business hours only (5 to 9 p.m.) and get a voucher for a free pizza. Any size pizza, no limit on toppings. Value up to $25. Must be an employed Arizona K-12 teacher and show valid school ID. Voucher may be redeemed immediately or on a future visit and expires on August 31.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will be offering 15 percent off for all teachers during National Teacher Appreciation Week on May 7 to 11. Teachers must present ID to redeem offer. Valid on dine-in and take-out orders only.
On National Teacher Day (Tuesday, May 8), Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Gilbert is buying dinner for teachers. Starting at 4 p.m. to close on Tuesday, teachers will receive a free entrée by simply showing their school ID or other proof of profession. No purchase is necessary.
