The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch is opening its doors Thanksgiving day to host its annual Thanksgiving Celebration as well as Thanksgiving Dinner at its Kitchen West restaurant.
The Thanksgiving Celebration at Vista Verde Dining Room will feature a delectable buffet spread that will satiate every palette and dietary need from 11AM-4PM Thanksgiving Day.
Start with classic Thanksgiving appetizers, like butternut squash soup, a kale, quinoa and lentil salad, deviled eggs with pickled and kippered fish, or assorted cheeses, nuts and fresh fruit with sides of cornbread and pumpkin muffins.
Head to the carving station to enjoy traditional Thanksgiving mains, such as butter basted turkey with cranberries and shallot gravy; aged Angus prime rib with horseradish and natural jus; baked ham in a sweet pineapple glaze with sides of garlic mashed potatoes, brown sugar-glazed yams, traditional stuffing, pan-seared Alaskan salmon and garlic shrimp, and much more.
End the memorable evening on a sweet note with such fantastic dessert options, like pumpkin, apple, pecan & cherry pies; cheese cake, carrot cake & chocolate cake; and tortes, truffles & tartlets.
