Strategically located near major transportation hubs, the convention center, and Phoenix’s entertainment venues, Denū is crafted for leisure and business travelers seeking a restorative retreat.

“Denū Hotel & Spa represents a strategic and meaningful expansion for The Meritage Collection as we enter one of the country’s fastest-growing urban markets,” says Garrett Busch, president of Pacific Hospitality Group. “Denū is poised to redefine luxury in the downtown market and reflects our commitment to bringing wellness-focused experiences to dynamic urban destinations.”

Inspired by a local term meaning “Valley of the Sun” and designed with desert-inspired architecture, Denū blends a warm, restorative atmosphere with contemporary design. Highlights include the Hammam-inspired Solstone Holistic Spa, offering thermal rituals, immersive treatments, and wellness experiences.

There’s also a rooftop pool with city views, a holistic fitness and wellbeing program, and versatile meeting and event spaces accommodating everything from corporate gatherings to social events. Pet-friendly accommodations extend the hotel’s ethos of comfort and care to four-legged guests as well.

The hotel’s culinary program highlights Arizona’s desert ingredients alongside Latin and Mediterranean influences. Destinations include Sartén Kitchen, an all-day restaurant and culinary centerpiece, and a sophisticated lobby bar featuring infused cocktails and barrel-aged spirits.

Nidos Rooftop Bar offers skyline views, Latin-Mediterranean flavors, and live music; and Blend Café, a street-level café serving espresso, specialty teas, artisanal pastries, and wellness-focused grab-and-go items. Seasonal activations, cultural events, and live entertainment further enhance Denū’s role.

Denū also caters to business and social gatherings with 23,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces across 18 unique venues, from intimate breakout rooms and private dining areas to grand ballrooms and rooftop event spaces. Sartén Kitchen & Bar’s private dining room and Nidos Rooftop Bar offer memorable venues for executive dinners, weddings, and VIP celebrations.

“Denū meets the growing demand for sophisticated, locally rooted hospitality while ushering in a new era of luxury in downtown Phoenix,” General Manager Linda Ding said. “Every element has been crafted to deliver a dynamic and memorable guest experience unlike anything else in the city’s urban core.” Reservations are now open for stays beginning September 2026.
