Chef Beau MacMillan to Open New Mediterranean Restaurant in Scottsdale

Chef Beau MacMillan of Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa will soon debut Cala, a modern Mediterranean restaurant at the newly-opened Senna House hotel in Old Town Scottsdale.

Located in the former space of Don & Charlie’s near Camelback Road and 75th Street, the 5,000-square-foot restaurant will include a 1,700-square-foot outdoor patio on the first floor of the six-story hotel.

Senna House, which is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is the newest hotel in the district since W Scottsdale’s debut in 2008.

Farm-fresh coastal cuisine inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean coastline, including Greece, Spain, Italy and Morocco, will inform the menu that will be led by healthy and seasonal ingredients, ranging from fresh seafood and pasta to cheeses, vegetables and more.

Slated to open January 21, advance reservations can be made at www.calascottsdale.com.
