Small business owner, Jason Barclay, coaches the Chandler Youth baseball team as they take home their first-ever PONY League Championship.
Even though 2020 was a rough year for everyone I am proud of my team for showing up time and time again. These boys set goals for themselves and worked tirelessly to achieve them. They have become more than team members to each other but family.

The 13-year-olds won the PONY League Championship on Saturday night, June 5, in Chandler, Arizona.
Jason Barclay, the head coach for the baseball team is also a small business owner here in Arizona. The retired Navy vet has been coaching the boy’s baseball team here in Chandler for a year now. Before he started coaching the team, they have never been to the championships.
I never thought about coaching baseball till my son convinced me it would be a fun activity to do together. Ever since that night, I haven’t looked back. I get to spend quality time with my son and get to teach a sport I’ve always enjoyed.

When Jason isn’t coaching baseball, he is operating an award-winning window cleaning company, Clean D Window Cleaning. Servicing commercial, construction, and HOA properties for window cleaning, pressure washing, glass restoration, and other specialty services for the last 15 years.
