AZF: What is your “life motto”?
Work smarter, not harder!
AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path for you?
I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business, but for a long time I wasn’t sure it was possible. When Covid hit and the company I was working for restructured my role in a way that no longer aligned with my career goals, I decided to take the leap. After my mom passed, I took some time away from my business while relocating to Phoenix to focus on personal priorities. That pause gave me clarity, and I’ve since decided to relaunch with a renewed purpose and vision.
AZF: How do you feel best supported?
I feel the most supported by my tight-knit group of friends. They consistently rally around me and cheer me on, giving me invaluable advice, encouragement, and accountability. Our daily conversations are incredibly meaningful to me.
AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?
I am motivated by a desire to pursue new experiences, travels and traditions, alongside the independence that business ownership provides. Achieving a healthy work/life balance is a top priority for me.
AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.
I love slow mornings, so a perfect Saturday morning would be to roll out of bed and wander over to my coffee machine before cuddling up on the couch with my blanket and either catching up on Instagram or binge-watching some guilty pleasure reality TV.
AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?
Say yes. Don’t focus on the what-ifs and the hows. That can be figured out later, but SAY YES.
AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?
What I love most about being an entrepreneur is the freedom it carries. It gives me the ability to set my own schedule and the space to make decisions that feel right for me and my business, ultimately building a brand that reflects my vision.
