AI Boss Brainz was created for founders who are done playing small and ready to build businesses that actually move, financially, operationally, and strategically. It’s for the entrepreneur who knows they have something powerful, but their growth is bottlenecked because their sales and marketing aren’t aligned.
Mylls kept seeing the same problem across industries: businesses that looked incredible on the outside but weren’t converting on the inside. Beautiful brands, active social media, polished websites, but no consistent revenue to match. And on the flip side, people grinding in sales with no real marketing strategy to support them. That disconnect is where businesses stall.
AI Boss Brainz isn’t another AI tool, it’s your 24/7 sales and marketing engine. This is for the founder who’s tired of guessing, duct-taping strategies together, and wondering why nothing’s converting. Because what Mylls has seen over and over is your offer isn’t the problem. Your system is.
AI Boss Brainz plugs in like an on-demand growth team, giving you real-time strategy, messaging, and sales direction exactly when you need it. It helps you fix what’s broken as it’s happening, from what you’re saying, to how you’re selling, to how your audience is moving through your funnel. No generic BS. No waiting weeks for an agency. No “hope this works” marketing.
This is about building a business where your marketing and sales actually talk to each other, so every piece of content, every conversation, and every offer works together to drive one thing: Revenue.
AZF: What is your “life motto”?
Everything happens for you.
AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path for you?
I always had ideas and a desire to create, but I also genuinely wanted to be part of a corporate environment. I spent over 15 years there and got a lot out of it. It shaped how I think about sales and marketing strategy, structure, and growth.
At a certain point, though, I started to feel limited. I wanted to make a bigger impact and move faster than the environment allowed. That’s when it became clear I needed to build something of my own. What I realized is that creating and building businesses and showing other people how to pursue their dreams is what I love.
AZF: How do you feel best supported?
Give me clear communication and people who move fast. I work best around other high-level and positive mind thinkers who make decisions and take action. I like to surround myself with people who share my values and who are visionaries and disruptors.
AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?
I’ve seen what happens when a business finally works. More freedom, more options, less stress around money. Once you know what’s possible, it’s hard to go back. I also don’t romanticize the hard parts. Challenges are usually a signal that something needs to be fixed, not a reason to stop. I also believe every challenge opens a door to better opportunities, even if it feels like you are on the struggle bus.
AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.
Taking my dogs for a walk and listening to music. Sitting outside with a Chai Tea Latte, writing and then playing tennis.
AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?
I actually hate the saying “winners never quit.” It’s terrible advice. The key is knowing when to quit. Not quitting your vision but quitting what’s not working. If you’re doing the same thing over and over and it’s not producing results, no amount of “just keep going” is going to change the results. At some point, you have to get honest with yourself. Is it the strategy? Is it the messaging? Is it the way you’re selling? Because most of the time, it’s not that your business is broken, it’s that your approach is.
The smartest move you can make isn’t grinding harder; it’s hiring out your weaknesses. Stop trying to be the marketer, the sales expert, the designer, and the CEO all at once. That’s how businesses not just stall but won’t scale. Real winners don’t just push through, they pivot, they adapt, and they bring in the right people to get them where they’re trying to go.
AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?
The ability to create something from nothing and bring a vision to life, without someone above me saying “no” or slowing it down. I like being able to move fast, make decisions, and adjust when something isn’t working. I also value freedom.
I choose how my day looks, what I focus on, and where I spend my time. I genuinely like change. Business is always evolving, and as an entrepreneur you have to be willing to shift, test, and grow. That’s where the momentum comes from. On top of that, getting to work with other founders who are serious about growing and scaling their businesses is a big part of it. Being in that environment, where people are building, thinking bigger, and executing, is energizing.
