Located in Rio Verde, just east of North Scottsdale, is the luxury golf resort community of Trilogy at Verde River.

At this all-ages community, the Tonto National Forest (the fifth largest national forest in the U.S.) serves as Trilogy at Verde River‘s eastern border—and that is just the start of the community’s recreational appeal. Hiking, kayaking, cycling and camping are accessible to all adventure seekers, while The Verde River Golf & Social Club is brimming with fun and amenities for the entire family. The 30,000-sq.-ft. space offers a variety of dining options, ranging from fine dining to casual poolside eats and even wine storage; an Art Loft is at the ready for residents to explore their creative side; the Alvea Spa allows members to enjoy some serious pampering with holistic ancient healing rituals of the area’s native inhabitants via massages, aromatherapy and reflexology, nail treatments and hair care; Verde River’s fitness studio, Afturburn, provides sweat sessions for everyone as at every skill level; the Sports Pavilion features four tennis courts (one with stadium seating), four pickleball courts and bocce ball for outdoor play; and many more amenities and activities for its members. Those who enjoy time out on the green will be particularly excited about the golf offerings in the area, as the club offers the recently renovated and exceptional 18-hole, championship course (completed by PGA Tour legend and renowned golf course designer, Tom Lehman) and a new practice facility.

Before the fun can begin, though, finding the right Trilogy at Verde River abode is in order. A dozen floor plans are available and range from 1,544 to 3,287 square feet; all home designs feature open floor plans throughout the main living areas and expansive outdoor living areas, erasing the boundary between indoor and outdoor space, allowing guests to fully admire the community’s beautiful views and natural amenities outside their front door. The most popular home features include gourmet kitchens, luxury master suites, floor-to-ceiling rolling-class doors, dramatic ceilings (that may soar up to 12 feet), spacious patios and courtyards, built-in barbecues, fountain, spas and pools for outdoor entertaining, and guest casitas.
