Renowned luxury home builder BedBrock Developers of Paradise Valley is in the works of developing a new luxury residential community set on 70 expansive acres in Cave Creek, Ariz.

Called the “Continental Mountain Estates,” the lavish community is poised to set a new standard for luxury living in Cave Creek, blending modern living with the tranquility of the scenic desert landscape and lifestyle. Surrounded by towering saguaro cacti, invigorating sunsets and breathtaking panoramic views, the new development will offer homebuyers an immersive and secluded retreat in the Sonoran Desert featuring well-curated modern homes and a rustic charm, according to BedBrock Developers.

The Continental Mountain Estates community will feature a total of thirteen luxury homes built on expansive 5-acre lots within the development. Five exquisite spec homes are currently under design and construction, and BedBrock has designated four homesites for discerning buyers with a vision for designing and building their own dream residences.

The visionary behind this project is the esteemed Rich Brock, whose impressive track record has positioned BedBrock Developers at the forefront of luxury real estate. Brock was introduced to the subdivision in the spring of last year by Nancy Wolfe of Coldwell Banker Realty and Silje Garner of BedBrock Real Estate Company. Brock has also been closely collaborating with landowner Lou Spelts to bring forth this exceptional development.

“I have always loved the area of Cave Creek; the breathtaking landscape and the authentic Western ambiance of the town resonate with many of our clients,” Brock said in a statement. “Silje and I explored the site for the first time last spring and we were immediately in awe of the picturesque terrain of the 70 acres. Driving through the hills, we were greeted by a saguaro forest that resembles a desert haven. The seclusion of the land and the panoramic views felt like discovering a hidden treasure. We jumped at the opportunity of partnering with Lou to develop this community and are excited to bring our clientele a different product.”

As a member of the Tovera Ranch family, Spelts initially acquired over 300 acres of land in Cave Creek for his personal retreat. He has since sold off the majority of that land, retaining the premier 70 acres that now form the foundation of Continental Mountain Estates.

“The breathtaking panoramas of Carefree and Cave Creek are truly captivating, particularly during the enchanting sunset hours. Several lots also offer distant vistas of Phoenix city lights and Camelback Mountain which I found quite exciting,” Spelts said in a statement.

Spearheading the design process for the development’s homes is BedBrock’s trusted and long-time partner Stratton Andrews. Andrews brings a wealth of experience and an innate understanding of luxury aesthetics to the table, with a specific focus on blending rustic charm with the principles of organic modern design.

“We were given the perfect setting to carefully situate well-curated modern homes into the pristine Sonoran Desert. Delicately designing around the majestic saguaro forest isn’t just about creating homes; it’s about crafting an immersive desert experience that seamlessly integrates architecture, and the human experience, with the awe-inspiring surroundings. This secluded enclave offers a harmonious retreat for the sophisticated clientele looking for the charm of the old west,” Andrews said in a statement.
