Mountainside Fitness is celebrating 30 years in business this January and to celebrate the milestone the Valley’s largest locally owned fitness centers are encouraging members to invite their friends and family to try Mountainside Fitness during the Open House events.
The Open House Schedule starts Monday, January 4th, and runs for 16 weeks until April 25th. Each week a new location of Mountainside Fitness will hold an Open House where guests can try out the club free for a week.

During the month of the January Mountainside Fitness is also offering new sign-up specials. When guests sign up in January the first 30 days are free, with no enrollment fees and (1) FREE personal training session (valued $40).
All memberships include access to M Virtual Fitness and access to 17 Valley locations.
Mountainside Fitness recently launched M Virtual Fitness to give members more offerings for virtual workouts. Those options include Group Fitness On-Demand, Virtual Workouts at Home, Personal Training at Home, Senior Fitness On-Demand, Exercise Demos, Fitness Class Archives, and Equipment Demos.
