As spring approaches, PV is positioning itself as one of Phoenix’s gathering spots, inviting the community to get moving with a series of free, open-to-the-public fitness events set in its central park. Designed for all activity levels, these wellness-focused experiences blend movement, connection, and fresh air, making PV the perfect place to recharge as the weather warms.
Ahead of its grand opening this April, Life Time is hosting a collection of pre-opening events that offer a preview of the elevated fitness and lifestyle experience its premier athletic country club will bring to the area. Kicking things off on February 7 is Pre-Game Day Grind and Refuel, a Mind-Body-Burn class that focuses on building strength, balance, mobility, and control while keeping participants’ heart rates engaged.

On February 14, Stronger Together Yoga brings a Valentine’s Day-inspired flow centered on connection, intention, and moving as a community. Families are invited to join in on February 21 for Family Fun Day, a welcoming morning filled with open free play, a kid play zone, creative activities, and opportunities to connect. Rounding out the series on February 28 is Balance, Burn and Bubbles, a low-impact barre workout emphasizing stability and control, followed by bubbles, fresh fruit, and post-class social time.
In addition to Life Time’s Saturday offerings, Pilates enthusiasts can look forward to Sunset Strength with [solidcore], a five-week outdoor fitness series featuring complimentary mat Pilates classes led by [solidcore] instructors. Beginning February 18 and running every Wednesday evening through March 18, the 6:30 p.m. classes deliver [solidcore]’s signature high-intensity, low-impact workout in a full-body format. Space is limited, and while the classes are free and open to the public, registration is highly recommended.
All Life Time pre-opening events are free and require no registration, and guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Sunset Strength participants should arrive with a mat, water, sunscreen, and, optionally, a friend. Events take place at The Park at PV, located on Tatum Blvd. in Phoenix, with complimentary garage parking available. With movement, community, and sunshine at the center of it all, PV is shaping up to be the place to be this spring. Learn more at reddevelopment.com.
