Sip, Sip, Hooray! Poppy’s Office Has Launched New Seasonal Cocktails

??????????

Spring and summer in Arizona call for one thing: a cold, refreshing drink in hand — and Poppy’s Office is delivering the ultimate lineup. The North Scottsdale hot spot rolled out its seasonal cocktail menu, and it’s filled with inventive, bright, and bold creations that perfectly match the sunshine-filled days ahead.

Led by beverage director Tait Ludwick, the menu features a vibrant blend of flavors and ingredients that are anything but ordinary. Think kumquat jam, lavender vodka, gooseberry, blood orange, and elderflower — all crafted with precision and served with a side of laid-back elegance. Each cocktail is an experience in itself, whether you’re posted up at the bar for happy hour or enjoying a weekend out with friends.

Rocky Point Summer

The Kumquat Cavalcade is a citrusy sparkler that stands out with Crop Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka, kumquat jam, lemon, and a splash of Prosecco ($17). The Sunset Mist offers a delicate, floral experience, blending Rolling Still Lavender Vodka with elderflower, vanilla, lemon, and tonic for a light, dreamy finish ($16).

Bold and bright with a kick, the Rocky Point Summer features Corazon Blanco Tequila, Alma Tepec Chile Liqueur, blood orange, grapefruit, and lime ($15). For a tropical and smoky fusion, the Rising Phoenix combines Amaras Espadin Mezcal with Maleza Cempasuchitl, guava, pineapple, and lime ($17).

The Duck, Duck, Goose packs a punch, crafted with Diplomatico Planas Rum, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, coconut, gooseberry jam, and lime ($16). Rich and smooth with layers of flavor, Plums on Parade includes Amrut Old Port Rum, Hakutsuru Plum Wine Reduction, honey, and orange bitters ($15).

For those opting for an alcohol-free experience or seeking a lighter option, the “All Bark, No Bite” section of the menu offers zero-proof cocktails that are just as elevated as the originals.

Try the Doberman, made with Owen’s sparkling cranberry soda, watermelon, lemon, and lime ($9), or the Dachshund, featuring Fever Tree ginger beer, mango, lime, and agave ($9).

In addition to the new drinks, Poppy’s Office also continues to offer its fan-favorites, along with a menu of light bites and shareables that pair perfectly. Happy hour is offered during the first and last hour of opening, making it prime time to stop in for a discounted sip or two and unwind in their cozy, stylish space.
