Isabel’s Amor Unveils Signature Tequila Rooted in Heritage

Isabel’s Amor is raising a glass to something far more meaningful than a new menu addition. The restaurant has debuted its exclusive house tequila, a handcrafted spirit that blends tradition, heritage, and family.

Created by founder Tim Vasquez, the tequila is the result of a hands-on collaboration with master distillers in Jalisco, Mexico. Working closely with artisans at Casa Herradura, Vasquez helped develop a barrel-aged expression that honors traditional tequila-making techniques while capturing the welcoming, heartfelt spirit that defines Isabel’s Amor.

More than just a new offering, the tequila serves as a tribute to Nana Isabel, the family matriarch whose legacy continues to shape the restaurant’s identity. Her influence, rooted in home-cooked meals, warm hospitality, and a commitment to bringing people together, is reflected in every sip.

“This tequila is deeply personal,” Vasquez said. “It’s about honoring my family, my heritage, and the spirit of Nana Isabel, who taught us that food and drink are about bringing people together.”

To celebrate the launch, Isabel’s Amor is introducing a lineup of limited-time cocktails designed to showcase the tequila’s versatility and character. Each drink offers a distinct experience, from the tropical brightness of the Pasion de Isabel to the rich, unexpected depth of the Tequila Carajillo, alongside the playful Raspberry Besito and the citrus-forward Sonoran Sunset Spritz. Guests are invited to sample each creation and vote for their favorite throughout the month of May, with the winning cocktail earning a permanent spot on the menu.

Whether gathered around a table with friends or toasting to family traditions, this new tequila captures the essence of what Isabel’s Amor does best: creating moments that feel both celebratory and deeply rooted in story. Learn more at isabelsamor.com.
