Phoenix’s award-winning, nautical-themed tiki bar, UnderTow, is marking a major milestone this year: its 10-year anniversary. To kick off the year-long celebration, the Arcadia hotspot is hosting a savage feast with guest chef Scott Baird of San Francisco, known for his work with Bon Vivants and Trick Dog.
The event promises a plate of whole hog, slow-roasted in a traditional Caja China fire chest, paired with two exotic cocktails of your choice for $60, and runs Wednesday, February 25, from noon to 3 p.m.

Developed by Barter & Shake, UnderTow is designed to resemble the cargo hold of a 19th-century clipper ship, offering guests a high-end, immersive experience with rare rums, custom cocktails, and atmospheric effects like simulated thunderstorms.

The anniversary event marks just the beginning of a year of tiki-soaked adventures, rum-fueled rituals, and theatrical delights, promising to keep locals and visitors alike entertained for months to come. For more information on the celebration, visit bartershake.com.
