Bitter & Twisted Unveils Globally Inspired New Menu

Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour is celebrating the artistry of mixology with the launch of its new menu. Known for its signature creativity, the bar continues to earn accolades, including consistent Top Ten nominations for “World’s Best Cocktail Menu” by the Spirited Awards and two Pinnacle pins. The updated menu features more than 70 cocktails, including over 15 new additions inspired by global bars and experts.

Highlights include the Bubbleyum!, a nostalgic mix of lime leaf and pandan-infused tequilas, clarified fruit juices, and a topping of aromatic bubblegum amaro; the savory, umami-forward Bull in a China Shop, crafted with Absolut Tabasco vodka, house-made barbacoa, subtle amaro, and a clarified Bloody Mary mix; and the Fig Lebowski, a bourbon-based cocktail infused with fig and aromatic spices.

Longtime favorites also remain on the menu through the Hall of Fame section, showcasing drinks such as the colorful Taste the Rainbow, made with lime-leaf gin, sloe gin, and freshly pressed fruit, and the playful Double the Pleasure, blending pure agave tequila, house-made tepache soda, and a scoop of raspberry sorbet. The Cocktail Map guides guests through flavor profiles from Divergent (adventurous) and Play It Safe (classics) to To The Point (spirit-forward) and Refreshing (approachable crowd-pleasers).

Bitter & Twisted also emphasizes inclusivity in its menu, offering over 20 non-alcoholic cocktails crafted with high-quality zero-proof spirits rather than simple juice blends. Bartenders can even adapt additional drinks, allowing guests to share a menu together and experience the full spectrum of Bitter & Twisted’s craft.

“Our bartenders are trained to bartend in the purest sense, creating real cocktail theater, building drinks in front of guests rather than pouring drinks from a batch. This approach brings energy to the bar that’s hard to find elsewhere, creating a welcoming atmosphere and a lasting impression for both first-time visitors and longtime regulars,” says Ross Simon, who opened the bar in Phoenix twelve years ago. “The menu encompasses the friends we have made from Phoenix, New York, London, Tokyo, and more.”

The new menu is available now, inviting guests to explore global flavors, inventive techniques, and a full spectrum of cocktails. Learn more at bitterandtwistedaz.com.
